In 2022, BNA received a new Fire Truck from Firefighters Without Borders Canada. It came with full sets of equipment and gear for a future BNA firefighting crew. Support from the Nokiiwin Tribal Council meant that a full inspection of the truck could take place, and the required equipment still necessary could then be attained.

It is important for BNA to commence a volunteer Fire Fighting force and commence training for the team. BNA also needs a water supply for the truck.
