Papasay Management Corp.

Papasay is the economic arm of BNA, owned 100% by the First Nation. It has a separate Board of Directors and management structure, providing liability protection for the First Nation as it proceeds with its economic development initiatives. Papasay holds monthly Board of Director meetings, where decisions are made through consensus. Papasay is part of the BNA consolidated audit, and its audited financials are made available to the BNA membership at the community’s Annual General Meeting.
